Michael Savage Says Autism Is A Fraud

Michael Savage , what a moron!

This guy is a complete moron and needs to have his head examine, how can anyone think that these children are faking anything. Mr. Savage should be taken off the air and should me made to work with autistic children so he can then see what these children have to go through. This is not a joking matter and no one should be poking fun at these children or this condition. Believe us, we as parents of autistic children would just want our children to be normal, I wish that I could say that my child was a brat and not autistic, at least then I would know how to handle him. Take this moron off the air, and I hope that every smart company and advertisers would follow in the same footsteps that AFLAC and Super Talk Mississippi stations did and not support this moron or his affiliates. We as parents wouldn't want to have our children labeled as autistic, but the reality is that we are trying to find a cure to help our children. These children cannot tell us what is happening with them. Again, FIRE this moron.

Vaccines & Diets

As a parent of an Autistic child, I do believe that vaccines cause Autism. The medical community will deny that they don’t, but they also insist that a child must receive their vaccinations as soon as they are born. I feel that a parent should have the right to vaccinate their children at a later age due to the child’s weaken immune system. After a child is diagnosed with Autism, the parent will try to find every possible solution to try and help their children with Autism. Many parents will try a gluten free casein free diet in hopes that their children will get better. Parents must understand that these diets might work on some children, but every child is different and might have a problem with such a diet. So, do we as parents not vaccinate our children at such an early age, or do we wait?. I think that a study should be conducted to see if the rate of Autism will decrease when a child is vaccinated after the age of 5 years old.

Autism and the next President

Dr. Sanjay Gupta looks at how autism is a hot issue in the presidential campaign as Presidential hopefuls speak out about Autism. Are these presidential hopefuls just trying to garner more votes or are they really interested in the fact that Autism is growing as such a rapid rate and are going to make this an important issue once elected?.

Autism studied in Qatar

A woman in the United States hears about an extraordinary school in the Middle East and is willing to turn her family's life upside down in order to help her Autistic 14 year old son. We as a country seem to be falling behind on the needs of children with disabilities, parents feel that there is not enough being done or they just don't trust our system. They are willing to take their children outside of the U.S. to get better treatment or seek other alternatives. Is this the right step for parents to take?

Mom wins fight for Autism insurance

The mom of a boy with autism fights to get insurance to cover treatment. Nothing they can do because most medical insurance policies generally don't cover autism treatment, and it's too expensive for many parents to afford out of pocket. I feel that the government should step in and make these insurance companies cover the cost to treat children with Autism.

Do vaccines cause autism?

Well, during the 1940's & 50's, only the upper class people were the only ones that were getting vaccinated and the rate for autism among this group was high. Autism was something that was not common in lower class or poorer people. Once the lower class and poor people began vaccinating their children, the number of autistic children went from 1 in 10,000 to 1 in 150. So, yes, I do think that vaccinations have a link to autism.
